full route now here...all 1019 miles of it!
Route is based on the CTC B&B and hostel routes with a few alterations to visit friends and family in various places.
Routes were plotted using bikehike which is a very good routing website with Google Map and Ordnance Survey features. Routes then saved as gpx track files which work well with the Garmin Edge 705 we'll be using to guide us turn-by-turn en route. Here the routes are displayed using mapmyride which gives nice graphics of stage profile (i.e. the nasty climbs awaiting us!) and can be easily used to embed in website.
